1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Examplusmock website and all bookings made for online and in-person 11+ mock examinations. By creating an account, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Examplusmock provides educational mock examinations designed to support preparation for the UK 11+ GL Assessment. Participation in our mock exams does not guarantee admission to any school.

2. Bookings & Online Accounts

  • Mock exams may only be booked after creating an online account.

  • An account holder may book mock exams for their own child and for other children added to the account.

  • Tutors may book mock exams on behalf of their students.

  • Each mock exam booking must be made for a named student.

  • Student details may be changed once after booking, subject to availability.

  • Feedback reports will be sent only to the email address used to create the online account.

3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • Examplusmock does not store payment card details.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In-Person Mock Exams

  • In-person mock exam bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled exam date.

  • Requests made less than 14 days before the exam date cannot be accepted.

  • If a student does not attend a booked session for any reason, no refund will be provided.

Online Mock Exams

  • Online mock exams may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the mock exam is commenced.

  • Once an online mock exam has been accessed or started, it becomes non-refundable.

5. Amendments to Bookings

  • Amendments to in-person mock exam bookings are permitted if requested more than 14 days before the exam date.

  • Amendments requested within 14 days of the exam date are not permitted.

  • Online mock exam amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before commencement.

6. Emergency Contact Information

  • An emergency contact number must be provided for each student at the time of booking.

  • This must belong to a parent, guardian, or responsible adult who will be dropping off and collecting the child.

  • It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure this information is accurate and kept up to date.

7. Health & Safety

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the safe drop-off and collection of students.

  • Any relevant medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • While reasonable precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. In-Person Mock Exams & Supervision

  • Students are supervised at all times during in-person mock exams.

  • Examplusmock follows appropriate safeguarding and supervision practices.

  • We reserve the right to remove a student from a session if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

9. Mock Exam Materials

  • All mock exam papers, questions, and materials are the property of Examplusmock.

  • Mock exam papers are not released to parents or students.

  • Feedback reports are provided to support learning and exam preparation.

10. Remarking Requests

  • Requests for remarking must be made within 5 days of the mock exam date.

  • Requests made after this period cannot be accepted, as exam papers are securely destroyed.

11. Limited Liability

  • Examplusmock uses reasonable efforts to ensure mock exams run as scheduled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Examplusmock excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Use of Website

  • The website must not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where these terms are breached.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
